About Visual HF​

Visual HF is a 3-year long upper secondary education programme – unique among youth educations in Denmark. During the three years, the students follow a regular HF curriculum (Higher Preparatory Examination) combined with intensive teaching in visual arts and communication (e.g. media studies, fine arts, drawing, photography, storyboard, animation).

 

The programme is open for everyone interested in visual arts. However, the admission process results in classes consisting of highly talented students. The students develop visual skills and creative competences useful in numerous creative higher education programmes.

 

Visual HF is mainly taught in Danish and run by The Animation Workshop, VIA University College and Viborg Gymnasium & HF.
